Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our National & International warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. 

We typically take 2-3 business days for handling & processing your order. 

The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-21 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control.

Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. 

Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with in 24 hours once the order is dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note your order may be shipped from an International destinations including Europe or China there fore Fitness Vibes Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including Customs,tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Fitness Vibes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Will I receive all of my items at once?

If you have ordered more than one item, it is likely that they will be delivered at the same time. However, on some occasions, you might receive them on different Time/ days due to your order being delivered from different warehouse locations.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do, We can deliver around the globe. Please check delivery times as they vary depending on country to country.

 We offer standard free shipping/Delivery to UK mainland for orders above £95.

For All other destinations & countries please check if your delivery charge applies or is free of cost.

Returns due to failed deliveries

If it is found that your “two man” product will not fit through/around any doors/stairwells etc. and the product is subsequently returned, you are responsible for all outward and return carriage costs incurred by Fitness Vibes,

This service is pre-arranged. If there is no-one present when the carrier arrives with your goods, they will be returned to the carrier's depot.

In this case you will be liable for a £50 re-delivery charge payable prior to the re-booking.

Please note, if the order is subsequently cancelled, you will be liable for all carriage charges.

If you are not present for a “one man” product delivery, an e-card will be sent if no-one is home and the goods returned to the carrier's local depot to await your contact.

Late or Delayed deliveries

Fitness Vibes Ltd will endeavour to deliver your order on the date Specified/estimated timeframe, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Fitness Vibes Ltd will not entertain any claim whatsoever for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third-party carrier.

Short deliveries & damage packaging

When the delivering carrier brings your order, you must count the items you receive and look for any damage to the packaging. 

The number of items you should receive is noted on the carrier's delivery note.

If the number of items you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carrier's delivery note, you must note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature.

Damage to packaging must be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. You must cross out "Delivered in good condition" from the carrier's delivery note. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order and that the packaging was in good condition.

Any short delivery of items must be reported to Fitness Vibes within 48 hours of signing.Neither Fitness Vibes nor the delivering carrier can be held responsible for short deliveries or damages to packaging if you do not note them on your delivery note. 

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty. The customer is asked to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as reasonably possible.

Collection of faulty products

In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault (proof of purchase will be required) or is found to be faulty upon delivery,

we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge or for an engineer to call at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Items for collection must be packed in secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 24 hours of you notifying us they are faulty.

If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods, they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognised If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Fitness Vibes will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible on

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
