Refund policy

Fitness Vibes wants you to love your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@fitnessvibesuk.com providing all the information about your order and confirmation number.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note! Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to our return centre or the overseas shipping warehouses .

You can ship your return using the carrier or delivery service of your choice.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at

Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 14 days; in the event of the item being returned to Fitness Vibes Ltd.

Please note Fitness Vibes Ltd will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging.

Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to paying the return carriage cost incurred by Fitness Vibes Ltd.

If a product is deemed unfit for return, We will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer.

The customer can choose one of the following options:

  1. The product will be shipped / Delivered back to the customer at a shipping /delivery cost charged to the customer.
  2. The product will be recycled.

We offer full refund for any order received in defective or damaged condition, or missing items, within 14 days from date of purchase. In the event you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately.
