2. Condition of Returned Items

We ask that returned items are sent back in their original condition wherever possible.

• Items should be unused and unworn, with original tags and accessories included where applicable.
• Footwear may be tried on indoors on a clean surface to check the fit.
• Original packaging and shoeboxes should be included where possible.
• Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return postage.

If an item has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit, we may be entitled to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value, in accordance with UK consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights under UK law remain fully protected. Faulty or misdescribed goods are not treated as ordinary change-of-mind returns.

4. Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for the cost of return postage, provided this was made clear before purchase.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.
